Propagating Characteristics of Bulk Acoustic Waves in Ca_3NbGa_3Si_2O_(14) Crystal

摘要 本文计算了沿Ca3NbGa3Si2O14(CNGS)晶体的x、y和z方向传播的声体波(BAW)的声速,绘制了yz、xy和xz面传播的慢速度分布曲线。这些结果对CNGS晶体在压电器件的设计、开发及利用方面具有一定的理论指导意义。  In this paper,the propagating velocities of bulk acoustic waves(BAW) in new-type piezoelectric crystal Ca3NbGa3Si2O14(CNGS) were calculated along the x,y,and z axes.The slowness curves of propagating velocities in yz,xy and xz planes were plotted.Some theoretical guidance for piezoelectric device design as well as its application of CNGS crystal can be provided by these results.
