摘要
[目的]了解部队野外驻训地域传染病流行特征,为卫生防病决策提供科学依据。[方法]选择某区部队野外驻训的地(市)为调查点,收集和检索近年的疫情资料、卫生防病专题资料及相关信息资料,进行整理、统计分析。[结果]调查结果表明,野外驻训地域传染病多达20余种,其中潜在传染病4~7种,新发传染病3种,发病数以肠道传染病为主,呼吸道传染病和性传播疾病有上升的趋势,自然疫源性和虫媒传染病潜在危害较大,前5位疾病分别为病毒性肝炎、细菌性痢疾、肺结核、流行性出血热和淋病。并针对当地疾病流行特征,提出行之有效的循征预防对策。[结论]部队进入野外驻训地域疾病预防控制应以肠道传染病、自然疫源性和虫媒传染病为重点,并重视呼吸道传染病的预防和性传播疾病的社会综合治理,以及防范新发传染病的防控策略。
[Objective] TTo understand the epidemic characteristics of infectious diseases in the areas of field military exercise, and to provide scientific basis for controlling and preventing those diseases. [ Methods] Some districts (cities) in the areas of field military exercise were chosen, the data of epidemic situation, disease control and prevention, and correlative information and materials in recent years were collected and retrieved, then were sorted and analyzed. [Results] The investigation results showed that there were more than 20 kinds of infectious diseases in the areas of field military exercise, including 4-7 kinds of latent infectious diseases, 3 kinds of newly detected infectious diseases. Intestinal infectious diseases was the main part, ~spiratory communicable diseases and sexually transmitted disease showed an increasing trend, the potential hazards of natural focus disease and insect infectious disease were serious. The five leading diseases were viral hepatitis, bacillary dysentery, pulmonary tuberculosis, epidemic hemorrhagic fever and gonorrhea. And evidence-based prevention strategies were proposed based on the local epidemic characteristics. [Conclusions] The disease control and prevention in the areas of field military exercise should be focused on intestinal infectious diseases, natural focus disease and insect infectious diseases. Besides. prevention of respiratory communicable diseases, comprehensive treatments of sexually transmitted disease and prevention strategies for newly detected infectious diseases should also be emphasized.
