摘要
在研究基于实例推理(CBR,Case-based Reasoning)基本原理基础上,引入批量因子描述生产批量变化,建立了面向变批量生产的CBR工艺规划模型,包括零件模型、实例工艺库、实例检索机制、实例修正和存储等。根据CBR原理,提出了CBR工艺规划算法,采用层次分析法进行实例特征属性权重的确定,并通过加大批量因子的权重来提高生产批量变化对工艺的影响。根据这种算法,最后以箱体类零件为例对面向变批量生产的CBR技术在工艺规划中的应用进行了验证。
Based on the research of the basic principle of Case-based Reasoning (CBR),a concept of Lot-size gene to describe the variety of Lot-size is defined and a process planning model based CBR for various lot-size production is founded,including part model,case database,the searching mechanism,case modifying and saving. According to CBR,an algorithm for process planning based on CBR is proposed,to determinate the power of case attributes with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Meanwhile,the weight power of lot-size gene is magnified to improve the affection of various lot-size to process planning. In the end,take the example of a kind of part,CBR technology for various lot-size production is verified in the process planning.
