摘要
目的观察术前补液预防术中低血压发生的效果。方法选择择期手术患者128例。随机分成2组,观察组术前1h开始补充乳酸钠林格氏液500ml,根据患者情况适量补充电解质,观察组患者手术前、手术中30min、60min血压的变化及低血压发生情况。结果2组患者收缩压和舒张压手术中30min、60min与手术前比较有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论手术前1h开始补液能有效地降低术中低血压的发生率。
Objective To observe the result of supplying liquor before operation in order to prevent low blood pressure during operation. Methods 128 patients to be operated were selected and randomly divided into two groups. In the observation group, 500 ml of sodium lactate ringer-lockes liquor were supplied 1 hour before operation, electrolyte was supplied according to the patients' status, and the change of blood pressure and the occurrence of low blood pressure before operation, 30 min and 60 min in operation were observed. Results There were meanings of statistics (P 〈 0.01) through comparing systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of patients in 30 min and 60 min with those before operation. Conclusions It can reduce the incidence rate of low blood pressure during operation if we supply liquor 1 hour before operation.
