摘要
目的探讨长期应用甲基强的松龙治疗三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎的疗效及副作用。方法总结21例长期应用甲基强的松龙治疗三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎患者的护理经验。结果本组患者出现了水钠潴留、痤疮、支气管炎、肺炎、糖尿病、精神障碍、心电图改变、上消化道出血等并发症,经过精心的综合治疗和护理,除1例因败血症、肾衰死亡,其余病例转归较好。结论长期应用甲基强的松龙治疗期间,需密切观察甲基强的松龙药物的疗效及副作用,加强护理,防治各种并发症。
Objective To explore the curative effect and side-effects of methylprednisolone used in the patients with TCE＇s dermatitis, then summarize the experience of nursing for the patients. Methods 21 patients with TCE＇s dermatitis and treated with methylprednisolone were summarized on the nursing care＇s experiences. Results The patients occurred the complications such as retention of water and sodium, acnes, bronchitis, pneumonia, diabetes mellitus, mental disorder, EKG＇ s changes, and hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Most of the patients got well with complex treatment and nursing care except one patient died for septicemia and kidney＇s function failure. Conclusions It is necessary for the patients to observe the curative effects and side-effects of methylprednisolone strictly and strengthen the nursing and prevent and treat the complication.
