摘要
我院通过对专业导医人员从职业礼仪到业务素质进行培训,规范了服务用语及服务行为。根据岗位职责制定考核标准,对导医进行了规范化的管理。简化了门诊就医程序,便捷门诊病人。导医服务由被动变为主动,营造了以人为本的服务环境,提升了病人对医院的满意度,提高了门诊导医的服务质量。
By selecting the occupational medical guide nurses,and providing them occupational manner and skill training,our hospital standardized the wordings and conducts in medical guide service.We also made a check-up standard according to the post responsibility,standardized our management of medical guide service,simplified the medical procedure,improved the medical circumstances and provided more convenience to the outpatients.Medical guide nurses provided patients a human service circumstances,promoted the satisfaction of patients to the hospital,and improved the quality of medical guide service at outpatient clinic.
