摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定培福新注射液中培氟沙星和维生素C钠的含量,采用C18柱,10μm(大连化物所Spherisorb),以乙腈-柠檬酸液(0.05mol/L)-醋酸铵液(0.5mol/L)-1%磷酸水溶液(22∶75∶1∶2,内含0.1%三乙胺)为流动相,在紫外检测器254nm波长处进行检测。培氟沙星线性范围60~240μg/ml,r=0.9997(n=5),维生素C钠线性范围1~9μg/ml,r=0.9999(n=5)。方法简便,结果满意。
