摘要
以氧化镁和氧化硅为烧结添加剂,利用无压烧结工艺制备了陶瓷刚玉磨料。借助扫描电子显微镜和金刚石静压强度测定仪等测试设备,研究了氧化镁、氧化硅配比的变化对陶瓷刚玉磨料显微结构、力学性能和烧结温度的影响。实验结果表明,提高添加剂中氧化镁成分的相对含量,晶粒呈明显各向异性生长;随着添加剂中氧化镁含量的相对增加,磨料单颗粒抗压强度先增加后降低;磨料的烧成温度随添加剂中氧化镁含量的增加逐渐升高。
By using pressureless sintering technique, the ceramics corundum abrasives through the doping of MgO and SiO2 additives were prepared. The effects of combination of MgO and SiO2 additives on microstructure, mechanical properties and sintering temperature of ceramics corundum abrasives were studied by SEM and diamond compressive strength tester. The results showed that through increasing the amount of MgO in additives, the grain developed anisotropic microstructure and the single particle compressive strength of abrasives showed the tendency which increased early and decreased later. The sintering temperature would rise with the increasing content of MgO in additives.
