摘要
通过实验,研究了MgO掺杂对BaSrTiO3陶瓷介电性能的影响和机理。观察了样品的微观形貌,讨论了氧化镁在调整Ba1-xSrxTiO3铁电陶瓷的介电-温度特性的作用。结果表明,氧化镁掺杂对Ba1-xSrxTiO3系介质陶瓷产生了压峰和移峰作用。借助扫描电镜对所制得的样品进行了分析,氧化镁掺杂使Ba1-xSrxTiO3系介质陶瓷的结构细晶化。以实验结果和微观结构分析为依据探讨了氧化镁掺杂改性作用的机理。
The influence and mechanism of improving characteristics of MgO-doping on dielectric properties of BaSrTiO3 dielectric ceramic were studied. Microstructure of the sintered samples was observed. The role of MgO on changing dielectric temperature dependence of Ba1-xSrxTiO3 dielectric ceramics was discussed. The experimental comparison shows that MgO doping has an effect to shift and depress Curie peak of Ba1-xSrxTiO3. Moreover, with the aids of ESEM, the samples inhibit grain growth of Ba1-xSrxTiO3. The mechanism of improving characteristics was discussed based on the experimental results and microstructure analysis.
