缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿血浆孤啡肽含量变化的意义及护理

摘要 目的研究血浆孤啡肽含量变化在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病中的作用。方法用RIA方法测定新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿血浆孤啡肽含量。结果缺血缺氧性脑病组血浆孤啡肽含量明显高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论孤啡肽含量变化在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病发病过程中起重要作用。 Objective To investigated the effect of the Levels of Orphanin FQ in the plasma on the neonate with Hypoxie--isehemic encephalopathy. Methods The levels of Orphanin FQ in the plasma of neonate with hypoxie-isehemie eneephalopathy were measured by the method of RIA. Results The levels of Orphanin FQ in the plasma of neonate with hypoxic- isehemie encephalopathy were higher than the control:group. Conclusions It plays important role of the levels of Orphanin FQ in the plasma on the neonate with hypoxie-isehemie eneephalopathy.
