21世纪初,国产大体积无缝钢瓶逐渐取代进口,占领国内市场,并进军国际市场。钢瓶盛装和运输的气体中有一部分是氢气、天然气等具有致脆风险的气体。从钢瓶的材料、设计、制造及检验等方面对防止钢瓶氢脆的措施进行了较详细的论述。
At the beginning of this century, large volume seamless steel cylinder made in China has replaced the imported ones and occupied the domestic market. The gases contained in the cylinder arc mostly hydrogen, natural gas and other gases that would cause steel cylinder brittle. The details of avoiding the hydrogen brittleness, measures taken with material, design, fabrication and examination of cylinder havc been described.
