摘要
利用X射线衍射技术、穆斯堡尔谱等研究了稀土对渗碳层组织及性能的影响.结果表明,稀土元素的渗入可抑制渗碳体的形成,且可使渗碳层中残余奥氏体及(Fe,Cr)7C3型碳化物的量增加,而使渗碳层中马氏体的量减少.此外稀土的渗入也可提高渗碳层的硬度和耐磨性.
Influence of rare-earth on microstructure and performance of carburized layer was studied. It is shown that with incorporating of rare-earth, the precipitation of cementite is restrained, amount of martinsite decreases, and amonnt of residual arstenite and carbide such as(Fe,Cr)7C3 increases. In addition, micro-hardness and wear resistance of carburized layer also get enhanced because of incorporating of rare-earth.
