摘要
报告了应用表面增强技术将薄层色谱与FT-Raman光谱结合获得磺胺嘧啶和磺胺二甲基嘧啶光谱新方法的研究.研究表明,在薄层色谱原位3μg样品的FT-NIR-SERS谱与固体的Raman光谱基本一致,比银溶胶-分子体系有更好的表面增强效果,灵敏度高,并能可靠地反映分子的精细结构信息.
Surface-enhanced NIR-FT-Raman Spectroscopy of the two sulfa drugs (sulfadiazine and sulfamethazine) in Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) is reported. In situ indentification of TLC, the spectral features of 3μg drugs spots are the same as those of solid samples. In addition, the sensitivities enhancement have been improved greatly using FT-NIR-SERS colloid activated chromatographic spots.
