摘要
用腐蚀磨损试验机对Ni-P-SiC电刷镀复合镀层中SiC及P含量对其在0.5mol·L-1H2SO4溶液中腐蚀磨损行为的影响进行了研究.结果表明:提高镀层中SiC及P的含量均可增加镀层的腐蚀磨损抗力,但这种提高均有一个限度.超过这个限度,反而会使镀层的腐蚀磨损抗力下降.
The effects of
SiC and P content on the corrosive wear behavior of electrobrush Ni P SiC composive coating in 0
5 mol·L -1 H 2SO 4 solution have been studied by using corrosive wear apparatus.The result
shows that the corrosive wear resistance of the coating will increase with the content of SiC and P
in the deposits,but when the content exceeds a certain limit,the corrosive wear resistance will
decrease instead. [
