摘要
目的评估图像细胞仪(ICM)所观察的几项参数用以揭示肝细胞癌(HCC)形成门静脉癌栓(TTPV)的价值。方法99例HCC以CAS┐200型ICM行DNA定量分析。结果DNA指数(DI)和增殖指数(PI)在合并TTPV的HCC分别显著高于无TTPV的HCC(P<0.05,P<0.01)。在同为二倍体的HCC中,合并TTPV者PI值显著高于无TTPV者(P<0.05)。合并TTPV的HCC,二倍体肿瘤的比例低于无TTPV者,而异倍体比例、细胞核面积、超5倍体细胞比例均高于无TTPV的HCC,但P>0.05。结论随着DNA合成水平的上升,HCC细胞获得了侵袭门静脉、形成TTPV的能力;以ICM行DNA定量分析对揭示HCC是否具有较强侵袭性有明显价值,其中PI是较为敏感的参数。
Objective:Value of image cytometric parameters for predicting tumor thrombogenesis in portal vein (TTPV) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)was evaluated. Methods:DNA content in 99 resected specimens of human HCC was analysed with CAS 200 image cytometry. (1)39 specimens had macroscopic TTPV,(2)30 had microscopic TTPV,and (3)30 were free of TTPV. Results:DNA index and proliferating index (PI) were significantly higher in (1)and (2) than in (3) ( P <0 05, P <0 01) In diploid HCC,PI was markedly higher in (1) and (2) than (3) ( P <0 01). Diploid rate was lower,aneuploid rate,nuclear area and super pentaploid rate were higher in (1) and (2) Conclusions:HCC cells obtained stronger invasive and metastatic capability once DNA prolifeating process increased. The DNA image cytometry has noticeable value in revealing the potency of invasiveness in HCC.
