联合检测大肠癌中survivin和PTEN表达的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨survivin和PTEN基因在大肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法利用免疫组织化学SP法检测76例结直肠癌和20例正常结直肠黏膜组织中以上2种基因的表达产物。结果76例结直肠癌组织中survivin基因表达52例,癌旁正常结直肠组织中无survivin基因的表达,Survivin的表达与结直肠癌的组织分型、Dukes分期无明显相关性(P>0.05),与结直肠癌的转移、浸润深度有关联性(P<0.05),而PTEN与大肠癌的分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论Survivin和PTEN的异常表达在大肠癌发生、发展过程中起重要作用,联合检测survivin和PTEN表达水平有可能作为反映大肠癌进展和预后的生物学指标。 Objective To investigate the expressions of survivin and PTEN in the colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of survivin and PTEN in 20 tissues of nonnal colorectum and 76 tissues of colorectal carcinoma. Results Survivin in tissues of 52 cases of colorectal carcinoma showed positive expression, survivin could not, express in nonnal tissue. The expression of survivin showed no relation to the histological types and Dukes classification of the examined cases, but it showed obviously association with the lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05). The expression of PTEN were correlated with histological type, Dukes classification, and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Abnonnal expressions of survivin and PTEN play important roles in occurrence and progression of colorectal carcinoma. Survivin and PTEN may be amolecular-biological indicators in forecasting the progress and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
