摘要
为了建立供应链健壮性和基本网络参数之间的关系,介绍了一种系统化方法来量化供应链网络的健壮性指标设计.在供应链总连通矩阵和可到达性矩阵基础上,提出了系统化的网络健壮性指标设计方法,该方法同时考虑了网络结构的健壮性和网络功能的健壮性.研究结果表明,所提出的方法是有效的.
Unexpected events such as contingency and disruption have negative impacts on the survival and performance of supply chain networks. Nodes and links may be added and deleted, or part of networks can be disconnected. Providing resilient capability against failures is a critical issue for supply chain networks since a single failure may propagate along the chain and cause a series of severe losses on network performance and structure. Designinga robust supply chain network is an important research issue. In order to in- vestigate the relationship between robustness metrics and basic network parameters, a system-wide ap- proach was presented to quantify the robustness of supply chain networks. This approach considers both network structural and network functional parameters. A hypothetical supply chain network was employed to illustrate the proposed approach. The results show the proposed approach is effective.
