摘要
从磁动式测氧仪的工作原理,分析仪器中充氮哑铃球的扭转角度与氧含量的关系。利用居里定律,推导气体的体积磁化率随温度的变化公式。实验测出测氧仪中光点在CCD的像元值随氧气百分比及温度变化的规律,得出对定标和温度补偿数据的处理可采用二次曲线拟合;在不同温度点对CCD像元值长时间观测比较,得出仪器的校零应采用曲线平移方案处理。
From the operating principle of magnetomotive oxygen detector, we analyze the relation between angle of rotation for dumbbell ball filled with nitrogen and oxygen content. By using Curie's law, the formula for volume susceptibility of gas with variation of temperature is derived. The variation of optical spot on CCD image membe value with 02% and the rule with temperature variation are measured by experiment. The data of picketage and temperature compensation are obtained which can be treated by using conic fitting, For a long time using the comparison of CCD image membe value at different temperatures, the check zero of the detector by using curvilinear translation approach is derived.
