摘要
弹性金属塑料瓦以其独特的性能,在水轮发电机组推力轴承上得到广泛应用。由于产品为金属与非金属且多叠层复合材料特殊结构轴瓦,在生产中检验钎焊界面的内在质量状况非常困难。多年来,国内各厂家对钎焊结合牢度的质量检验,均采用人工敲击听声音、依靠经验等较落后的方法检测和判断,不能有效控制产品质量。采用超声波检测技术,通过大量的检测试验和解剖验证,确定了钎焊界面不同状况的回波波形、波幅的检测方法,科学准确地检测钎焊界面的结合质量状况。
With excellent performances,the elastic metal-plastic pads are widely used in the thrust bearing of the water turbine generator sets.Because they are composed of stratified metal and non-metal materials, it is difficult to detect the inherent quality of the soldering interface.By using ultrasonic inspecting tech- nology,through many times of test and dissected verification,the echograms are defined for respective soldering interfaces.On the basis of the echograms,the quality of the soldering interface can be judged ex- actly.
