摘要
制备了TiO_2光催化剂,并对其结构进行了表征,以焦化废水中的有毒有机物(苯酚、喹啉、吡啶)为处理对象,研究了TiO_2光催化氧化的效果及影响因素,结果表明:随着加入TiO_2量的增加,有机物的降解率逐渐增加,当TiO_2达在0.4%~0.6%时降解率最高,TiO_2量超过0.6%后,降解率随TiO_2量的增加逐渐降低;有机物的降解符合动力学一级方程.随着光照时间的增加有机物的降解率都逐渐增大;pH值对有机物的降解率有显著影响.
Titanium dioxide (TiO2) particles were prepared by the sol-gel process, and characterized by XRD (X-ray diffractometer). Their application to photocatalytic oxidation of coke plant wastewater showed that the degradation of toxic organic substances (indole, pyridine and phenol) increased with TiO2 concentration and reached the maximum in the range of 0.4%-0.6%, followed by a gradual decline thereafter. The degradation of organic compounds was shown to conform to first-order kinetics, and increased with the duration of photocatalytic oxidation. The different values of pH had significant effect on the degradation rate of the three organic compounds studied.
