鼻胃管与螺旋型鼻肠管在急性重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用与对比 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨在急性重型颅脑损伤患者营养支持中鼻胃管与螺旋型鼻肠管在应用中的护理及效果。方法:对8例急性颅脑损伤患者进行肠内营养支持,年龄在55~72岁。其中4例应用传统的鼻胃管,另4例应用复尔凯螺旋型鼻肠管,同时作好置管的各项护理观察和配合。结果:8例患者中,4例置鼻胃管,另4例中其中3例在置管3 d内营养管均自行到达空肠,1例在X线透视帮助下到达空肠,当营养管到达空肠后开始肠内营养,肠内营养支持2周左右进行对比。应用螺旋型鼻肠管的患者无1例发生腹泻、腹胀等营养相关并发症,通过进行测量腹围、臀围等方法比较,均较鼻胃管的效果好。结论:在中老年重型颅脑损伤患者中,应用螺旋型鼻肠管进行肠内营养能更好地保证其营养吸收。
