摘要
介绍了我国当前城市快速轨道交通的发展模式,提出了以快速轨道交通为导向的居住区设计理念即捷运社区,阐述了捷运社区的开发模式、适合的区域规模和形态,可供参考借鉴。
It introduces the developing mode of China recent fast tunnel traffic, brings forward the design concept of residential commtmity guided by fast tunnel traffic, namely, fast transporting community. It also elaborates the developing mode, proper area, scale and shapes of fast transporting community, which can be reference.
