摘要
阐述了一种基于虚拟仪器的电源模块自动化测试系统的基本构成、实现方法及功能。该系统采用NI公司的多功能数据采集卡PXI-6052E、控制模块PXI-PCI833X和Labview的人机界面的虚拟仪器开发平台,用户可以通过修改虚拟仪器的软件改变其功能与规模。该测试系统能在很短的时间内完成电源模块大量测试项目的自动化测试,测试结果的精确度和稳定性很高,操作界面友好。
This paper introduces the framework, operation method and function of power supply module automatic testing system based on the virtual instrument technology. The system adopts multi-functional data acquisition card PXI-6052E, control module PXI-PCI833X of the NI Company and virtual instrument development platform of the man-machine interface of LabVIEW, It enables users to change its function and scale by modifying the software of the virtual instrument. This testing system can complete numerous automatic tests on the power supply module in a short time, and the result of testing is highly accurate and consistent; the user's operation interface is friendly.
