摘要
文章探讨了聘任制改革对教师职业生涯管理的影响以及基于聘任制的职业生涯管理策略,指出聘任制改革虽有利于教师职业生涯管理,但如果改革过程存在指导思想、方法、程序等问题,也会限制甚至误导职业生涯规划;为了有效进行职业生涯管理,学校和个人都需要从思想上重视,设计和选择好职业发展通道,实现学校和个人的和谐发展。
This paper discusses the influence of appointment system over the management of teacher professional career and the managing strategies in the new system. The author points out that in spite of its advantages, the new appointment system may hinder or mislead professional career planning due to the problems in guiding principal, methods and procedures. To realize efficient management and simultaneous progress of both the higher institutions and teachers, due importance should be attached to the designing and selecting of professional development channels.
