摘要
金工实习是工科院校教学中的重要环节。为适应当前高等教育的发展和用人单位对毕业生专业素质的要求,在分析了金工实习现存的种种问题后提出了改革传统实习教学管理模式的思路和措施。
The practice teaching of metalworking is an important link in institutes and universities of engineering. To meet the needs of the current development in higher education and the requirements of professional quality of graduates for employing units, some measures for reforming the management mode of conventional practice teaching have been put forward after analyzing a variety of existing problems.
