摘要
生命周期评价(LCA)作为一种环境管理工具,可以对当前的环境影响进行有效地定量化分析评价。本文通过对金霞城市污水处理厂工艺流程的分析,选取恶臭气味、固体废弃物、出水水质、有毒气体等典型环境影响评价因子,收集数据列出一份投入—产出清单,并进行清单分析,在影响评价阶段对清单分析所识别的环境影响因子进行定量或定性的表征评价,确定污水处理系统所排放的污染物对生态系统、人体健康等影响,最后通过评价结果提出优化厂区环境、减振降噪、减少污染物排放等改善措施,使污水处理厂发挥更大的社会、经济、环境效益。
The life cycle assessment (ICA), as an environment management tool, can carry on the effective quantitative and analysis appraisal to the current environmental impact. Through making a eonerete analysis of the technologieal process of sewage purification, choose steneh smell, solid offal, surface water quality, poisonous gas, ete. typical environmental impact assessment factors, then collect the corresponding data and list an input correlated with the system, produce list, carries on the detailed list analysis, the environmental effect pressure which distinguishes to the detailed list analysis carries on the ration or the qualitative attribute appraisal in the influence appraisal stage, the definite sewage trealraent system discharges a series of pollutant to ecosystem, human health and its aspect influence. Finally, through appraise results propose, optimize factory environment, reduce shake and the noise, reduee disposal of pollutants, improve the measures, make the sewage trealment plant play a greater benefit.
