摘要
采用TPR、XRD、SEM等技术考察了不同焙烧温度Ni/Al2O3催化剂活性组分和载体间的相互作用及甲烷部分氧化活性、还原性能、相组成及镍的分散度。结果表明低温焙烧的催化剂具有易还原的特点而高温焙烧的催化剂,由于活性组分Ni与Al2O2载体间较强的相互作用而使催化剂表面几乎全部形成了难以还原的NiAl2O4尖晶石。对于低温高空速甲烷部分氧化反应,Ni-900活性优于其他催化剂活性。
The reactivity of Ni/Al2O3 catalysts for methane partial oxidation has been studied by usingfixed-bed reactor. The active component -support interaction of Ni/Al2O3 catalysts calcined atdifferent temperatures,reducibility,phase composition and nickel dispersions were considered inconjunction with the result of TPR SEM and XRD .The results show that the catalysts calcinedat low temperatures is easy to be reduced .The formation of NiAl2O4 surface spinel as the main fooDmposi6onontbes恤oeofca柏加枯肋tb蛐ence of strong active component -support interaction when the catalysts were treated at hightemperatures.It was observed that during the reaction of methane partial oxidation at lowtemperature and high space velocity only the catalytic activity of Ni-900 catalyst is best .
