摘要
企业治理结构的本质是企业控制权安排。从我国国有企业控制权安排沿革状况入手,分析了其存在的问题,指出了企业控制权配置效率体现在合格的控制权主体和控制权的有效运用。
The allocation of enterprise＇s control rights is the basis of governing enterprise. In this thesis, we firstly research on the history of the allocation of control rights in state-owned enterprise, and analyze the relative questions. On this basis, we point out the efficient allocation of enterprise＇s control rights displays two sides： qualified subjects of control rights and the efficient application of control rights. If we want to improve the allocation of control rights in state-owned enterprise, we should do it from these.
