摘要
为降低焦化蜡油中碱性氮化合物的质量分数,利用络合原理,采用复合脱氮剂脱除焦化蜡油中的碱性氮化合物,考察了复合脱氮剂中乙二酸的质量分数、金属离子的种类及其质量分数、反应温度、反应时间等对脱氮率的影响.结果表明,当复合脱氮剂中乙二酸质量分数为0.4%,Fe2+质量分数为0.3%,m(脱氮剂)∶m(焦化蜡油)为1∶1,反应时间为30 min,反应温度为40℃,脱氮效果较好,脱氮率可达85%.
In order to remove the basic nitrogen from coking gatch,based on the principle of complexation,compound denitrogenating agent was used to increase the denitrogenation ratio.The factor such as the content of oxalic,the sort and content of metal ion,reaction time and reaction temperature are studied.The result showed that at reaction time of 30 min,reaction temperature of 40 ℃,and agent/oil ratio of 1 with 0.4% oxalic acid and 0.3% Fe2+,the denitrogenation rate reached 85%.
