摘要
本文论述了固体膜高速齿轮胶合失效的机理。对敏感因素作了理论分析。提出了提高固体膜齿轮抗胶合失效能力的技术措施。
The mechanism on scoring failure of the high speed gear with solid lubricant film is discussed in this paper, including the analysis of the sensitive factors. The paper also presents some technical skills and methods to improve the anti-scoring capability of the gear.
