摘要
从医院管理过程中电子病历存在的法律问题出发,探讨了《电子签名法》施行后电子病历的法律效力:电子病历的合法性和安全性、电子病历作为证据使用应符合的条件等内容。
Starting from the law issue of the electronic medical record, the paper analyzed the force adeffect of the electronic medical record after the Electronic Signature Law put in force. The force adeffect of the electronic medical record included the validity, security, and the corresponding condition that should be measured up when the electronic medical record is used as evidence, etc.
