摘要
总结了4例舌癌患者行舌癌根治同期足背游离皮瓣修复术的护理体会。包括术前充分做好心理护理、进行适应术后变化的相关训练、加强口腔护理和术前常规准备;术后严密观察病情,注意体位护理和皮瓣的观察,做好引流管护理、口腔护理、饮食护理;重视出院后的家庭护理,减少并发症。
Summarizing the clinical nursing of four cases with lingua cancer who were conducted the operation of radical cure for lingua cancer with corresponding period rehabilitation of dissociative skin petal from foot back before and after operation,induding psychological nursing before operation,the relevant training to adapt to the changes after operation and strengthening the nursing of oral cavity and the regular preparation before operation;it is also necessary to observe the state of illness closely after operation,pay attention to the body posture,the observation of skin petal,the drainage pipe,oral cavity and diet;pay attention to the family nursing,reduce complication.
