注射成形硬质合金制品的缺陷及性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用粉末注射成形工艺制备硬质合金,系统研究采用2种具有相同组元和不同配比的石蜡基粘结剂时,注射成形、溶剂脱脂、热脱脂-烧结等各工序的缺陷成因及影响因素。研究结果表明:粘结剂组成对注射缺陷、溶剂脱脂缺陷与溶剂脱脂率有很大影响,从而对最终的烧结合金性能和显微组织结构产生重大影响。通过采用降低热脱脂温度和缩短热脱脂时间,并在1410℃时进行气压烧结的2种热脱脂-烧结工艺,可解决合金碳含量偏低的问题并提高合金致密化程度,制备出性能优异的YG10X硬质合金。其抗弯强度分别达到2723MPa和2370MPa,比传统模压一烧结法制备的硬质合金提高670~1023MPa。 The effects of binder A and B on feedstock's uniformity and defects density in injection moldelling, solvent greasing, thermal degreasing-sintering and the other procedures of the cemented carbide prepared by powder injection modeling(PIM). The reseach results show that binder composition has great effects on control of feedstock's uniformity, defects in injection molding, solvent degreasing and thermal degreasing-sintering. The problem of decarbonization can be solved by lowering thermal degreasing temperature and shortening degreasing time. Pressurized sintering at 1410℃ could accelerate the densification of the cemented carbide alloy and be beneficical to the preparation of high performance cemented carbide, YG10X, with transverse rupture strenghth of 2 723 MPa and 2 370 MPa for the alloy using binder A and B respectively. This transverse rupture strenghth is 670-1 023 MPa higher than that prepared by traditional pressing-sintering method.
