摘要
目的观察羊膜移植治疗复发性胬肉的临床疗效。方法使用新鲜羊膜移植治疗复发性胬肉50例(59眼),手术切除复发胬肉后,即将羊膜移植片各方固定在巩膜浅层,确保移植片展平,将羊膜与结膜间断缝合,术后加压包扎3d左右,局部及全身应用激素和抗生素,术后14d拆线。结果50例(59眼)患者只有3例(3只眼)复发,其余47例(56眼)全部治愈,治愈率94%。结论翼状胬肉切除联合新鲜羊膜移植是治疗复发性翼状胬肉的有效方法。且取材容易,尤其适合基层医院。
Objective To observe the effects of amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of recurrent Pterygium. Methods 50cases （59 eyes）were treated with fresh ammiotic meInbane transplantation. Membranes were fastened on the episclerd after pterygiums were being resected. The amniotic membranes must be smooth. The amniotic membranes and conjunctiva were sutured, the eyes were packed about 3d. Corticosteroids and antibiotics were used topically and systematically. The sutures wer removed after 14d. Results Only 3 cases（3 eyes） recurred. The success rate was 94%. Conclusion Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation can reduce the recurrence of pterygium. That is easy and cheap for acquiring fresh amniotic membrane, and not from eye banks. Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation is fit for the basic hopitals.
