摘要
凸形螺杆通常是螺杆机械产品中的重要部件,要求其具有较高的精度。本文针对需求量较大的双头单螺杆泵转子,介绍了内旋风数控包络技术的基本原理,研究了内旋风铣削时刀具中心与工件相对运动包络出螺旋曲面的轨迹算法,分析了加工过程中主要参数的影响。内旋风数控包络方法将大大提高加工效率和工件的表面质量。
Convexity - screw is usually important parts which has highly machining aeeuraey for mechanical product. Single screw pump, whose rotor has double heads, has large quantity supplied. The basic principle of inner whirlwind enveloping milling technology was introduced, an arithmetic about spatial path by center of cutting tools and workpieee relatively moving to envelope helical surface was studied, and the primary parameters influencing on machining process were analyzed by example. Inner whirlwind CNC enveloping method will greatly improve the machining efficiency and superficial quality of convexity screw.
