摘要
逆向设计中根据原型对象结构特征,选择合理的数据采集方式至关重要。本文以汽车排气歧管为研究对象,将非接触式光学扫描与接触式三坐标测量进行有机结合,准确实现了实物表面数字化,并给出了具体的实现方式。
In the reverse design, it is vital to choose the reasonable collection ways of data according to the structure characteristic of prototype object. Taking automobile exhaust manifold as a research object, using the non-contacting optical scanning and the contacting three coordinates measurement synthetically, the superficial digitization of object was realized accurately, and the realizing ways were given.
