摘要
近年来,日本高校毕业生的大幅度增加,就业环境、就业形势的变化等,促使日本大学就业指导体制发生了根本变革。2006年,在日本全面实施的生涯教育,改变的不仅仅是就业指导体制,大学教育的目的、形式以及内容等也都发生了不同程度的变化。可以说,生涯教育具有牵一发而动全身之效应,它给日本高等教育带来的影响是多方面的。
In recent years, Japanese university vocational counsel system has been fundamentally innovated, with sharply increasing of Japanese university graduates, change of circumstance and situation of taking up an occupation. In 2006, career education will be commonly carried out in Japan, what is changed is not only the vocational counsel system, but also the aim, situation and content, to some extent. As it were, the career education is extremely important, it brings influence to Japanese higher education headed up in the university in many ways.
