摘要
粮食鲜样经硝解后,其所含铅的形式为Pb2+,而Pb2+在盐酸介质中形成PbCl2-,在紫外光的照射下发蓝色荧光。利用此原理经荧光分析法可测定大米、小米、小麦样品中的铅含量。该方法的线性范围为0.03mg/L~2.00mg/L,检出限为9.1μg/L,加标回收率为99.90%~100.25%。
In nitrified fresh grains, the plumbum existed as Pb^2+, which could be transformed to PbCl4^2-, in HCl medium. When explored under UV, PbCl4^2- showed blue fluorescence. Based on the above fact, fluorescence analysis could be used for the detection of trace plumbum in rice, millet and wheat. The linear range for this method was 0.03 mg/L-2.00 mg/L, the detection limit was 9.1 μg/L, and the spiked recovery rate was 97.90%- 100.25%.
