摘要
在统计分析退火温度对冷轧IF钢深冲性能的影响的基础上,对不同退火温度下的断面金相组织亦进行了分析,并与进口料进行了对比。结果表明,低温退火的IF钢金相组织相对细致均匀,在拥有非常优秀的深冲性能的同时,亦具有相对较低的平面各向异性。冲压结果亦证实,低温退火的IF钢冲压更加稳定。
On the basis of analyzing the effect of annealing temperature on the behavior of deep draw cold rolling IF steel statistically, the microstructure in fracture section after annealing at different temperatures is observed and compared with those imported. Results show the microstructure of IF steel, which exhibits excellent deep draw behavior and low anisotropy is relatively fine after low temperature annealing. Stamping test result also proves the steel possesses better performance after low temperature annealing.
