摘要 介绍了2极大功率自润滑高压高速电机设计所考虑的主要问题。主要包括功率的提升,自润滑的实现,振动与噪声控制。提升功率需要增加有效材料,不利于自润滑实现,并且随着功率的提升,电磁激振力增强,增大了振动和噪声控制的难度。如何解决功率提升后所面临的自润滑、振动、噪声等问题?文中结合具体事例,提出了功率提升的解决方案,提出了轴承自润滑设计主要相关参数的关系以及自润滑实现的主要措施,提出了振动与噪声产生的主要原因和相应的解决措施。 This paper introduces some main matters m design ot 2-pole hign-power self-lubrication high-voltage high-speed motor, such as improving of output, obtaining of self-lubrication, control of vibration and noise. Improving of output need increasing of effective material, and self lubrication is difficult to carried out. Alongside the growth of output, electromagnetic excited force is increased, so vibration and noise of motor is difficult to control. How to solve the matters of self lubrication, vibration and noise after improving output? This paper presents the relations between main parameters in design of self lubrication bearing and some main measures to carried out it. The main reasons caused by vibration and noise and appropriate measures are presented also.
