摘要
介绍了一种用于ATOS三维光学测量系统的光栅扫描技术,以及点云数据采集原理及应用。它可以快速地测量复杂曲面的几何数据,并可以与产品设计CAD模型进行配准,获取误差的信息。实际应用表明,该方法可以快速、准确地获取产品的制造误差,并用彩色云图将结果直观地显示。
The paper introduce that a Raster Scanning Technology' application of ATOS 3D-optical scanning Measuring system. And its principle of collecting point, it can rapidly measure geometric data of a 3D-Object ' surface,and it can presented for matching with product design model to get error information, Practical application indicate that the method can rapidly and correctly get manufacturing error of product, and a color drawing is displayed visually.
