摘要
推广应用有机硅低表面能防污涂料、水性涂料、厚浆型涂料、通用底漆,降低甚至消除船舶涂料中有害物质对人和环境负面影响,减少有机废料的产生,节省各种资源的消耗,促进绿色造船的发展。
This paper focuses primary on the application and extension of organic silicone low surface energy antifouling coating, water-borne coating, high-building coating and universal primer in order to decrease and eliminate the impact of hazardous substances in marine coating on people and the environment, decrease organic waste, save all kinds of resources and to promote the development of green shipbuilding.
