摘要
促血管新生疗法是心血管研究领域的热点,但尚有许多问题有待解决。生物医学工程技术的应用有助于问题的解决。现以微球技术为切入点,从血管新生的血流评估、促血管新生的靶向治疗两方面对微球技术的应用作一综述。
Therapeutic angiogenesis is attracting increasing attention in the field of cardiovascular research, but many problems remain to be solved, potentially through the application of biomedical engineering. This article reviews the application of microsphere technique for angiogenesis of blood flow appraisal and targeted therapy.
