多层螺旋CT对自发性蛛网膜下腔出血病因的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)病因的诊断价值。方法51例MSCT平扫确诊为SAH患者均行16层螺旋CT脑血管造影,以0.5mm层厚扫描,0.3mm的层间距重建,并结合三维重组图像对病灶进行观察。其中,8例MSCT检查后进行DSA检查,38例进行手术治疗。结果MSCT显示51例自发性SAH中,41例为动脉瘤出血(41/51),占80.39%,5例脑动静脉畸形(5/51,9.80%),另5例MSCT为阴性。51例病例中,46例行DSA或手术证实。结论MSCT对自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的病因诊断准确性高,无创伤性,可作为一种首选的检查方法. Objectige To discuss the usefulness of Multi-slice Computed Tomography (MSCT) in diagnosing the causes of Spontanous Subarachnoid Hemorrhage (SAH). Methods 51 cases with SAH detected by MSCT,8 cases were examined by digital subtracted angiography (DSA),41 cases underwent surgery. Results in 51 cases,41 patients had aneurysms, 5 had cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM),5 cases was normal. Conclusion MSCT has a higher accuracy in the etiological diagnosis of SAH,it can be a first diagnosis method of the causes of SAH.And by using information provided, MSCT has a great deal help in definition the therapeutic scheme quickly.
