摘要
利用FQA纤维质量分析仪测定纤维长度、宽度、细小纤维含量、纤维的卷曲与扭结等指标,用于鉴别纤维原料优劣、指导打浆条件控制、预测浆料用途、鉴别制浆工艺优劣、指导造纸原料新品种开发,为造纸生产提供重要支持。该分析仪具有应用范围广、测定快捷准确、再现性好等特点。
The fiber length, width, fiber fines content, the indices of the curling and knotting of the fiber were measured with FQA fiber quality analyzer for discriminating of the fibrous raw material, guiding of beating process, predicting pulp application, discriminating pulping technology, guiding of the development of new varieties of raw material thus providing an important support for papermaking. The analyzer has the characteristics of wide field of application, quick and accurate measurement and good repeatability.
