摘要
公共行政传统具有丰富的蕴义,分析欧美行政传统的类型、要素构成及其主要特点,有助于从深层次探讨行政传统的作用途径。行政传统既为公共行政现代化提供了逻辑起点,也将对现代行政架构、价值重塑与改革模式选择等产生重要的影响。
Public administration tradition has been endowed with rich connotations.The analyses of the main types of administrative traditions,elements and their characteristics in Western countries will contribute to the understanding of the functional approach of administrative traditions.Administrative traditions provide the logical starting-point of administrative modernization,and greatly influence the modern administrative framework,value reinvention and reform models.
