摘要
对组织的冗余资源,组织理论持支持的态度,而代理理论持否定的观点。分析了这两种理论对组织冗余的相互矛盾的看法,总结了冗余资源和企业绩效关系的实证研究所得出的差异性结论,提出了当前文献研究的不足之处和未来的研究方向。针对当前组织冗余研究中存在的缺陷,未来的研究需要关注于知识资源冗余对企业绩效的影响作用和经济转型时期冗余资源与企业绩效的关系两个方向。
About the organization slack, organizational theory holds the point of supporting, but the agency theory hold the view of denying. This paper analyzed the two conflict view on organization slack, and reviewed the discrepancy conclusion of empirical studies, and then promoted those studies' limitation and future research orientation. In future research, we should pay more attention on the relationship between knowledge resources slack and performance, and the relationship between slack resources and performance in transitional economy.
