摘要
分析比较了近年来测定煤粉分形维数的方法及研究进展,详细讨论了计算煤粉分形维数常用的4种表面测试技术、适用条件及对应的计算方法.结果表明,用不同测试方法获得的数据计算得到的结果并不完全一致.比较发现:表面分形维数与测试方法间存在很大的相关性,只有选择正确的测试方法,才能将煤的表面特性与煤的燃烧过程有机并准确地结合,从而获得突破性成果.煤粉燃烧的分形结果表明:煤燃烧过程是一个表面分维增加的过程,说明煤的燃烧是在一个立体的网络结构内外同时反应,因此煤燃烧反应动力学应当考虑煤粉表面分形结构的特征.
Analyzed and compared the current testing method and development of the fractal dimension of coals. It detailed four different surface testing technologies, applicable conditions and calculation methods of fraetal dimension. The result indicates that the calculation data from different testing methods are incompletely consistent. It shows that we can get the prominent achievement by choosing the correct testing method and the associating surface characteristic with combustion process of the coals because of the strong correspondence between the testing method and the fraetal dimension. The fractal of coal combustion indicates that the coal combustion acted between the inner and outer three-dimensional network because the surface fractal dimension increased in the process. So it must consider the surface fi'aetal in the coals combustion kinetics.
