摘要
电子政务是信息化建设的主要内容,电子政务是推动政府各部门实现办公自动化、管理信息化、决策科学化的技术手段。而人力资源建设是推动电子政务的原动力,所以在人力资源建设上必须加大培训力度和资金投入,从而引起全民对电子政务人力资源培养和储备的关注。
E-administration is an important issue in informatization construction. It is a technique to achieve oftlcing automationization, management infornlatization and scientific policymaking in every department of the government. The construction of human resources is the original power for improving E-administration, for which we must strengthen the training and invest more fund. So the nation should attach importance to the training and reservation of e-administration talents.
