摘要
目的建立国人下颌骨的三维可视化数字模型。方法应用山东男性数字化可视人数据集,在微机上对下颌骨进行计算机三维重建及立体显示。结果重建出下颌骨的三维模型。在三维方向上真实的再现了下颌骨、下颌牙的解剖形态,并准确地显示下颌管的位置。结论本研究实现了对国人下颌骨结构的可视化,为下颌骨的医学美容手术,影像诊断,下颌牙齿种植等提供了解剖学依据;也可用于医学美学美容教学和进一步的科研平台。
Objective To construct visible digitalized model of male mandibula in china. Methods Using the data set of visible Chinese male, then undertake three - dimension reconstruction and volumetric display of masc mandibula bone. Results The anatomic form of male mandibula and mandibular teeth in three - dimension are showing well and successfully reestablished Chinese male mandibula digital model by computer and exactly locate the position of canalis mandibulae. Conclusion For this investigation implement the visibility of Chinese male mandibula structure which offer anatomic bases for aesthetic and plastic surgery, imaging diagnosis (such as CT, MRI), surgical intervention on straight jaw, mandibular teeth plant and occlusalf surface cosmetology. And most important, it would give a platform for far more aesthetic and plastic surgery research.
